Refund policy

At Mache Money, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at machefederation@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at machefederation@gmail.com. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
